A public hearing will be held on Monday, Oct. 16, 5:30 p.m. at Lewisville City Hall, City Council Chambers, 151 W. Church Street. The focus of the public hearing is to gather input from the community. The City Council will not be taking any action at this meeting.
The public hearing is open to residents, property or business owners, and other interested persons to share their opinions on Short Term Rentals operating in Lewisville.
A survey is available for those that can't be present at the public hearing. Comments can also be emailed to Chris McGinn, cmcginn@cityoflewisville.com.
To report issues with a Short Term Rental property located in Lewisville, please feel free to report the issue through the following process:
Open the ourLewisvilleTX app or navigate to https://lewisvilletx.citysourced.com
Click on the “Requests” icon located at the bottom center and select “Create Request”
Login with your account, create an account, or create request anonymously
Under report type, choose “Short Term Rental Concerns”
