The Lewisville chapter of the Texas Neighborhood coalition was formed to stop STR violence and neighborhood abuse.

The Lewisville chapter of the Texas Neighborhood coalition has attended the Lewisville City Council on 3 occasions with membership growing at 50% at each meeting. Join us and have your voice heard.

We provide free signs and other materials, but sure could use donations to cover the costs so we can print more materials.

About TNC Lewisville

The Lewisville chapter of the Texas Neighborhood Coalition came into existence when a group of Lewisville residents saw a clear and present danger caused by Short Term Rentals in our neighborhoods. These commercial operations are violating Lewisville's existing zoning ordinance for residential districts. Go to the TNC website to find other chapters and get more information about TNC.
